EMC Strategic program “WE CARE”

EMC strategy is focusing on sustainability and always developing a framework to be aligned with. It is not
only about developing policies, tactics and procedures but also taking into consideration all the business new
trends and methodologies. S

From, this perspective, the company’s strategic program “WE CARE” was upgraded S S
in 2022 to include 6 pillars instead of 4 pillars “3Ss & 3Cs” which are:
Shareholders – Society – Suppliers – Colleagues - Clients - Climate.

Thus, to be more aligned with the main sustainability pillars
(Environment-Economy -Society-Governance) and its related SDGs along with the C C
5 Ps of sustainable development (People-Prosperity-Partnership-Planet-Peace)

Furthermore, in 2022 the company acquired ISO 22301:2019 for business continuity along with its policy
which serves and guarantees the business sustainability and continuity regardless the around circumstances
and this allows EMC to always continues its contribution to all the “WE CARE” program pillars.

EMC contribution to Society comes in hand through developing value-added growth to Shareholders
investments, by providing top notch services via our talented skilled Colleagues, along with our credible
Suppliers to enrich trust, integration & satisfaction to our valuable Clients with commitment to the Climate
