Waste Heat Recovery Project

Project scope   :   Saving power and gas, Reduce air pollution, Decrease operation expenses, and Reduce CO2 produced from gas heating process (Carbon footprint).

EMC recently successfully completed the ELNG Waste Heat Recovery project based on a complex process idea to use waste heat produced from internal combustion of turbines to facilitate and enhance oil heating.

EMC's scope of work was for Design, Sizing, Fabrication, Supply, Commissioning and Start up of four new units.

EMC utilized there significant capabilities in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Control, Electrical, Civil Work and Fabrication disciplines to achieve successful completion of this innovative project which has enhanced and added to EMC's already significant experience in Oil & Gas maintenance field arena.
