EMC is committed to comply with national and international requirements relevant construction, maintenance, technical support and inspection services type (C), including government laws & regulations, in addition to fabrication according to international standards and to provide our customers with world-class services that meet our commitments with respect to quality of service, turn time and cost. | EMC distinguish with transparency of the organization, processes, methods, procedures, continuous adjustment and improvement of this infrastructure to meet present and future needs of the stakeholders (the customers, employees, share-holders, suppliers and community). | EMC is fully committed to provide its customers with world-class services without any segregation and absolute neutrality, and exercise care with customers' property while it is under the EMC control or being used by the EMC. | The company management has defined this quality policy in relevance to its strategic objectives. In general this policy & other followed policies through EMC departments should be well understood at all levels of the company. | EMC is fully committed to provide customers high quality products/services through employing well-qualified personnel, training and acquisition of international business-specific certifications, the EMC personnel are equipped with up to date equipments and devices, and through the implementation and continual improvement of the quality management systems. Top management reviews the quality objectives and policy periodically to ensure that this policy is suitable and adequate for all stakeholders. |
