EMC was established to offer the Petroleum Sector the support for Technical Services for Petroleum Operations in the Field of Inspection, Maintenance and Technical Studies Preparation, Site Maintenance and Quality Programs and Technical Support for the Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals; Infrastructure Projects related to Drinking Water Sanitation, Electricity, Telecommunication, Underground Metro and Water Stations as well as Execution of Maintenance for Roads, Bridges, Railways, Airports and all general Construction Projects.
