Governance
EMC “Core Values, Guiding Principles and Code of conduct” states that all company activities must
be performed with honesty, integrity and full compliance with the law. The risk management strategy
we apply enhances our corporate governance by strengthening our Board’s oversight and improves
overall decision making. Above all, we maintain a strong ethical framework with zero tolerance to
bribery and corruption.
EMC Governing System
EMC embedded in its culture the concept of governance where it always enhances the principles of
fairness, equity and transparency. Its code of conduct describes how all activities must be performed
with honesty, integrity & in full compliance with laws and prevail legal constraints.
To ensure this, it is worth to mention that during 2022, compliance whistle blowing procedure was
issued with its related code of conduct form to ensure the obligation to comply with local, national
and international laws and regulations including anti-corruption laws as the main theme.
It is worth to mention that 3 committees were formulated to enhance the governance pillar in the
company which are:

▫ Anticorruption Committee
▫ Risk Management Committee
