EMC and SSI^TMArtificial Lift Solutions Installs the first Artificial Lift unit in Egypt

In view of Egyptian Maintenance Company (EMC) aim to upgrade its services and provide updated technologies to Oil & Gas Sector, EMC is pleased to announce the commence of operation for the First Sucker Rod Pumping Artificial Lift unit in Egypt, successfully in Cooperation with SSI™ Artificial Lift System Solutions. The SSi unit Model 250 (75hp, 240in stroke length) was deployed from Calgary, AB, Canada and installed in Egypt’s Western desert Alamein Petroleum Field.

EMC will be responsible of the Pumps Installation, Commissioning, maintenance & repair services in addition to the fabrication scope at its Suez Workshop, which reflects the trust in EMC capabilities.

It’s worth to mention that SSI™ Artificial Lift System is designed to provide the client with lower cost and more efficient design capability of greater lifting capacities and longer stroke lengths when compared with conventional Artificial lift systems with increased safety and greater production capability.
