Human Rights

EMC continuously embraces key human rights principles regarding
work ethics as we are dedicated to developing and nurturing a culture of
respect, diversity and equal opportunities. We consider these principles of
paramount importance to everyday life and business.

EMC’s respect towards the protection of internationally proclaimed human
rights includes, among others:
▫ Upholding the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights
(UDHR).
▫ Adopting of the United Nation’s Global Compact principles.
▫ Conforming to all the local employment and labor laws.
▫ Promoting diversity and fair employment opportunities.

Digital Transformation

EMC is aware of the importance of digital transformation. Following this
perspective, EMC achieved noticeable progress in terms of :

▫ Upgrading network domain system.
▫ Business Process Automation where the following are completed in 2022:
▫ DMS, CTS, Case Management "Workflow", & Electronic Signature.
▫ Working on strengthen the cyber security.
