Discretionary Benefits
EMC does not focus only on statutory benefits for its employees, it provides
discretionary benefits which can motivate their performance. Some of these
benefits are recorded in 2022 such as:
▫ Celebrating Women employees at all sites on the Mother's Day as well as honoring EMC ideal
mother.
▫ Increasing the maximum medical coverage for employees & their families, facilitating the
obtaining of medical approvals via mobile application.
▫ Celebrating the Orphans Day this year by distributing funded coupons for the children of the
company’s deceased employees.
▫ Holding fairs for the products of MPC & COOP.
