                  Training & Development


                  A key element in achieving EMC’s strategic objectives is to maintain a highly trained employees,
                  competent & motivated workforce that will strive to succeed in terms of their own development and
                  that of the company. To achieve this EMC recorded in 2022 a number of training hours in different &
                  various soft & technical trainings.
                  It is worth to mention that, in house specialized trainings to employees were conducted on management,
                  leadership and technical levels which reflect our commitment to develop competencies of our people,
                  along with conducting Capacity Building Program on sustainability and sustainable development
                  principles and goals to all company's management, executives and employees at HQ and branches.
