               Human Capital


               EMC is always believing that the term “Human Capital” is considered the key element of improving
               the assets of an organization as it is a sustainable competitive advantage. It believes that the common
               index which is important at all levels of management is the “Human skills”.

               Consequently, it always enhances the human capital element in terms of raising their knowledge
               & awareness in different disciplines and fields, improving the work environment and embedding
               cultural diversity and inclusion.This can be highlighted through:

               EMC Workforce

               At the end of 2022, the total number of EMC diversified workforce has reached 9250 with diversified
               backgrounds, levels of experience and different ages. Not only this but also the integration between the
               generations X, Y, Z and Boomers, emphasizes that EMC is keen on promoting a culture of diversity
               & inclusion.
